Hello and welcome to AIM! We are the proud founders of AIM Academy. Together, we bring over 20 years of combined experience in education, childcare, management, and leadership, and are excited to bring our vision to Hilltop in Jonesboro.

  • Mallory McGarity

    Mallory has dedicated 13 years to early childhood education and holds a BSE and MAET with Birth-Kindergarten Special Education endorsement. Her deep understanding of early childhood development ensures that every child at AIM Academy receives the care and learning foundation they deserve.

  • Jill Ashcraft

    Jill has 9 years of experience in education and holds a BSE and MSE in mathematics and an Educational Specialist in Leadership. Her expertise in curriculum development, leadership, and school administration helps create a structured, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
